Blank spaces have been left in text of leaf g7 verso and leaf g8 recto for Hebrew words to be added by hand. "Robertus Saluiatus Laurentio Medici Sal[utat]" --Leaf a1 verso. Dibner Library copy lacks the final blank leaf (g10). Ms. note on leaf a1 recto: Simonis Conti liber iste est. Ms. notes on leaf g9 recto: Presbiteri Co[n]sta[n]tini de G[irardiis?]; eclesie S.
