Leaves printed on both sides; 44 lines per page. Signatures: a8 b-p6 q4. Leaf a1 is blank. Guide-letters; spaces for initials. Bookplate: Dottor Bruno Guaraldi. Bookplate: Burndy Library ... gift of Bern Dibner. Bookplate: C.P. (a woodcut image of death holding actors' masks; the initials appear on pages of an open book).
