Octobris. Leaves printed on both sides; 56 lines per page. Leaves a2-a5 are missigned as a1-a4; first (blank) leaf is unsigned. Text in double columns. Spaces for initials. Leaves p3 and p4 are repeated, in sequence. Imperfect: first leaf (blank) wanting; twelve undetermined leaves also appear to be wanting, based on foliation cited in Pellechet and Copinger. Bookplate: Burndy Library ... gift of Bern Dibner. Illegible manuscript note at top of t.p.
