Marcia Adams is the Assistant Director of Technical Services, a division which comprises three centralized departments of the Smithsonian Institution Libraries. Division staff perform services for all SIL branches and by agreement for other Smithsonian units. Staff serve as specialized consultants and expert resources in the technical fields of library and information science.
