Signatures: a-f8. Leaves printed on both sides; 32 lines per page. Leaves a1 and f8 are blank. Spaces left for initials. Imperfect copy: Leaf f7 wanting, replaced by photocopies; leaves a1 and f8 (both blank) are wanting; the lettering on leaves e1 and e2 differs greatly from the rest of the text, indicating that these leaves may have been recopied (perhaps by hand) and inserted later. Initial letter of incipit supplied in red and black ink. Bookplate: Burndy Library ... gift of Bern Dibner. Old ms. annotations in ink; some affected by cropped margins. Old limp vellum binding; title inked on spine; in modern buckram box.
