Errors in foliation: leaves 68 and 94 misnumbered as 67 and 65, respectively; the last three numbered leaves have the following misnumbered sequence: 113, 116, 114. Publisher's device on leaf p5 verso. Initials; side-notes. Bookplate: Burndy Library ... gift of Bern Dibner. Some old ms. notes in margins. Modern half-vellum binding over marbled boards; blank versos of a half-title and t.p. from an unidentified 18th cent.
