Signatures: pi8 a4 b-r8. Leaves printed on both sides; 47-48 lines per page. Leaves pi8 and a4 are blank. Guide-letters. Includes index. Imperfect copy: Final leaf (r8) wanting, replaced by photocopy from Yale Univ. library copy. Bookplate: Burndy Library ... gift of Bern Dibner. Sheet of paper with old ms. notes inserted between leaves e6 and e7. Rubricated in faint red ink throughout. Extensive old ms. notes in ink; some affected by cropped margins. Ms. notes on 1st leaf recto: Ex libris Caroli Trinkhelm [?]; Montis S. Andechs. Old vellum waste, inscribed with red and black inks, used to reinforce spine. Contemporary blind-stamped alum tawed quarter-pigskin binding over bevelled wooden boards; raised bands; metal clasp wanting.
