Leaf a1, col. 1, line 1 reads 'CAPITVLA PRIMI LIBRI QVI'. The colophon includes verses by Amerigo Corsini, stating that Filippo Valori paid the expense of publication. Printer's mark below colophon. Spine title: De vita sana. Pellechet and Polain record variant tables at the beginning. The variant with additional poems by Jacobus Spifameus and Cornelius Scepperus mentioned by Pellechet and GW is a ghost, imported into one of the Paris BN copies from a Boethius printed by Colinaeus in 1521 (P.O. Kristeller, Marsilio Ficino and his Work after 500 Years, Florence 1987, p.116).
