Colophon (leaf u8 recto) reads: Explicit subtilissima Interpretatio methaphisice Aristotolis secundum sanctum Thoma[m] de Aquino ordinis predicatoru[m] totius fontem ph[ilosoph]ice ac theologice ueritatis attentissime correctum [et] impressum Papie per magistrum Franciscum de Girardenghis anno Domini .M.cccc.lxxx. die .xv. Octobris. Leaves printed on both sides; 56 lines per page. Leaves a2-a5 are missigned as a1-a4; first (blank) leaf is unsigned. Text in double columns. Spaces for initials. Leaves p3 and p4 are repeated, in sequence. Imperfect: first leaf (blank) wanting; twelve undetermined leaves also appear to be wanting, based on foliation cited in Pellechet and Copinger. Bookplate: Burndy Library ... gift of Bern Dibner. Illegible manuscript note at top of t.p. Modern half-vellum over grey paperboard binding; gilt-stamped red leather binder's label, which reads: Thomas de Aquino. In Methaphisicam Aristotilis, 1480.
