Signatures: a-y8 z6. Leaves printed on both sides; 66 lines per page. Text in double columns. Errors in foliation: leaves 72, 89, 150, and 182 misnumbered as 62, 98, 148, and 4, respectively. Initials; publisher's device on leaf z6 recto. Bookplate: Burndy Library ... gift of Bern Dibner. Blue circular stamp of a former owner has been partially erased from t.p. and colophon. Old ms. annotations; some affected by cropped margins. Bound in old full vellum over paperboard; title inked on spine; in modern portfolio.
