"Petro Drach ciui consulari Spiren[sis] Jacobus Wympfelingus Sletstaten[sis] salutem": P. [a]1 verso; letter is dated at end: Ex Spira kal. Junij anno salutis Mcccclxxxix. Colophon (leaf q3 recto) reads: Opus restitutionu[m] perutile Reuerendissimi in Christo patris fratris Francisci de Platea Bononiensis, ordinis Minorum Spire impressum finit feliciter. Anno D[omi]ni M.cccc.lxxxix. Signatures: 2a-2b6 a-b8 c-f6 g4 h-i8 k-n6 o8 p-q6. Final leaf (q6) is blank; pages [a]1 recto and q3 verso are also blank. Leaves printed on both sides. Text chiefly in double columns; 50 lines per page. Spaces left for initials. "Casus papales e[pisco]pales et abbatiales": Leaves q4 recto-q5 verso. Rubricated throughout in red and blue inks. Bookplate: Burndy Library ... gift of Bern Dibner. Armorial bookplate: Bybliotheck Oberherrlingen, E.M., 1839. Contemporary blind panel-stamped alum-tawed pigskin (partially cut away) over wooden boards; raised bands; clasps lacking.
