Wrongly attributed to Petrus de Palude in some editions. Leaves printed on both sides; 53 lines per page. Text in double columns. Signatures: a-b6 c-h8/6 i-m6 n-q8/6·r-t6 v8 x-z6 A-D8/6· E-F6 G-M8/6·N-P8. Leaves b6 and P8 are blank; leaf P8 wanting in Dibner Library copy. Guide-letters. Includes index.
