"Et si sequenti p[ar]ti p[ri]ncipali geo[metriae] finis decima nouembris i[m]positus fuerit. huic tamen p[ar]ti: die vigesima eiusdem i[m]positus fuit. M.cccc.lxliiii. Per eosdem correctorem [et] impressorem vt i[n] fine geo[metriae] hi[c]."--Leaf 2A14 verso. Colophon (leaf K6 recto) reads: … E opifitio del prudente homo Paganino de Paganini da Brescia. Numerous errors in foliation. Guide letters; initials. Leaf a1 recto printed in black and red, with geometric border; ill. on leaf l2 recto also printed in black and red. Ms. annotations; some affected by cropped margins. Bookplate: Burndy Library … gift of Bern Dibner. Illegible ms. provenance note and institutional library stamp on recto of title leaf. Anonymous typed description ([1] p.) of this ed. and copy laid in. Bookseller's ticket: C.E. Rappaport, libri rari, Roma. Bound in half-vellum over paste-paper boards; title inked on spine; in modern portfolio. Two re-issues exist with some sheets reprinted (IGI 7133, 7134; cf. BMC). D.A. Clarke (Gb Jb 1974 pp. 90-92) dates IGI 7133 after 1509, and 7134 after 13 Aug. 1502. Pell 3060 (CIBN II p.355) belongs to the edition printed by the same printer, Toscolano, 1523, which also retained the 1494 imprint.
