Non SI affiliated library users may access SIL purchased electronic resources only when they are using terminals physically located in the library. |

Facsimile images that are exact representations of the print journal pages or printouts from the electronic database may be provided for interlibrary loan under CONTU guidelines and distributed in paper, fax, or digital form. |

Authorized Users may not disseminate digital content from Project Muse journals outside the Smithsonian Institution by any means. Authorized Users may send one copy by e-mail, print, or fax to one person at another location for that individual's personal use. |
