All researchers wishing to use materials in the Cullman Library are asked to search SIRIS first to ascertain that we hold the material you seek and to note its call number. Please also read in advance the Special Collections Department "Accessing the Collections" information.

The Library is open to Smithsonian staff Monday through Friday in the afternoons, from 1:30 to 5:00 p.m.; morning visits are by appointment only.

Outside readers are asked to telephone in advance to make an appointment.
